Shinsyu
Symphony:
Shinsyu
Symphony is a lovely film, worthy of a look by Western audiences.
Follow Yuki as she learns to play the violin in the Nagano (Shinsyu)
prefecture. This quaint narrative is enhanced with explosive sequences
of cultural traditions unique to this mountainous region of Japan.
The
theme of Shinsyu Symphony is the co-existence of nature and human
beings. Many precious traditions, such as "Gokaicho" of
the Zenkoji Temple held once in seven years are shown along with
beautiful scenes of nature's changing seasons.
